Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors (MBBR)

BIOBAF MBBR system allows higher biological treatment efficiency in smaller volume due to surface area of much amount biofilm carriers in it. Due to the special design of biofilm carriers, treatment system is prevented from deviation of environmental parameters like pH, temperature, toxic shock, organic load etc. This specification makes treatment system more stable against fluctuations in load. BIOBAF MBBR system is manufactured at the capacity between 10 m3/day and 1000 m3/day as standard. It is also designed and manufactured up to 10.000 m3/day, except standard.
