Millet Sabu Trade

Millet — group of highly variable varieties of herbs, widespread throughout the world as cereal crops or grain feed and food of man. In human history, especially in Asia and Africa were an important food of millet. They have been in cultivation in East Asia for the last 10,000 years. Millet is used in porridge is a traditional food in Russian, German and Chinese side. In Russia it is eaten sweet (with milk and sugar, add at end of cooking process) or savory with meat or vegetable stew. In China it is eaten without milk or sugar, frequently with beans, sweet potatoes, or various types of squash. In Germany it is also eaten sweet, cooked in water with apples added during boiling process and honey added during the cooling process.
