Hyperdesmo mastic - HAA

Hyperdesmo – HAA is a unique single component fast set polyurethane mastic on the basis of Hyperdesmo and Accelerator 3000. Mastic polymerized under the influence of humidity (formed by the surface film) and forms no bubble, layer thick membrane with excellent mechanical properties and elasticity. This product is ideal for use in winter or in climates with relatively low humidity. Mastic is applied in one layer, with minimal consumption, and in contrast to the combination of Hyperdesmo® + Accelerator 3000 eliminates the disadvantage of a short life time and insufficient mastic adhesion. Application: • Waterproofing and corrosion protection is a complex and dynamic concrete structures. • Flat roofs, terraces, balconies, pools, tanks, basements, underground structures and tunnels. • Hydraulic engineering constructions, towers, channels. • Waterproofing under the screed and tile. • Repair old bituminous waterproofing. • Protection of polyurethane foam (PUF) from atmospheric influences. • Protective coating for floors with light loads – including Parking lots and garages. • For external and internal works. Not recommended for use on unstable grounds and in the pools in permanent contact with chlorinated water. The features and benefits • Fast curing! Short-term, high temperature exposure to 200°. • Does not lose its elasticity on prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures down to -40 C°. • Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength and bursting strength, high resistance to abrasion. • Mastic is non-toxic after cured. • Has a vapor permeability – does not create a vapor pressure between the coating and the substrate. • Due to the presence of various types of primers, be applied virtually to any base. • Service life up to 25 years Standard conditions of application without the use of primer • Hardness: R28 = 15 MPa. • Humidity: W <10%. • Temperature: 5-35C°. • Relative humidity: < 85 %
